Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order placed with Still. By accessing this website, submitting a consultation request, placing an order, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Artwork

All Still pieces are individually handcrafted and made to order based on the reference photos, information, measurements, and preferences provided by the customer.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, texture, proportions, and expression may occur. These differences are part of the handcrafted nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.

2. Reference Photos and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate reference photos and any requested measurements or details.

The final result depends in part on the quality and accuracy of the reference materials provided. Still is not responsible for differences caused by unclear, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent reference photos or information.

3. Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your place in the production schedule.

All deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made.

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid before the completed artwork is shipped.

An order is considered confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received.

4. Production Schedule

Estimated production and waiting times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because every piece is handmade, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, the number of orders in the production queue, material availability, revision requests, and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if a significant delay occurs.

5. Artwork Review and Revisions

Before shipment, customers will be provided with photos of the completed artwork for review.

Reasonable revision requests may be made before shipment, provided they remain within the scope of the original commission and the reference materials originally supplied.

Requests that substantially change the original design, pose, size, expression, accessories, or other agreed details may require additional fees and additional production time.

Once the customer has approved the completed artwork and the item has been shipped, no further revisions can be made.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

If a customer chooses to cancel before production begins, the order may be cancelled, but the deposit will not be refunded.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Still is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges will be handled according to the terms stated on the product page, order confirmation, or shipping arrangement.

Where Still has specifically stated that shipping, duties, or taxes are included, no additional payment will be required from the customer for those stated charges.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If an order is damaged during shipping, lost in transit, or materially different from the agreed commission, the customer should contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos and order information.

We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, remake, or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, photographs, videos, designs, website content, branding, text, and other creative materials produced by Still remain the intellectual property of Still unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may use photographs of their commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Still may photograph or record completed artwork for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing.

11. Personal Use

Custom artworks are intended for personal use unless a separate commercial-use agreement has been made.

Customers may not reproduce, manufacture, resell, or commercially exploit Still’s artwork, images, designs, or branding without written permission.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information are accurate.

However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or modify services at any time where reasonably necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Still will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
